Feeling Good- The Secret to an Amazing Life

I start my day in silence. Enjoying the peace I feel in my heart, being one with God. I start my day acknowleging the magnificence of who I am and all of the blessings God has given me. I focus also on what He's left in my authority.   I know that I have the power to create my world with my thoughts and feelings, so I consciously create a heavenly life starting early in the morning. With a heart filled with joy and love I go about focusing on all the things I love: my husband, my children, my family and friends, my job, cooking, eating :), going to the beach, banana splits, a baby's giggle, my children's sense of humor, spanish cooking, french fries, my trip to Paris with my sister, Christmas, visiting my Dad and brother, watching my children excel in basketbal and the list never really stops. I add to it every day.
I focus on the eternal truths of God's word and use it to frame my life. I use the truth as my standard. If an area of my life doesn't match up to the truth in God's word then I just imagine the very best-case scenario and send love on its way to transform it. If I sense the slightest hint of a negative emotion attached to any area of my life then I immediately stop. I take a moment to affirm that every area of my life must conform to the truth in God's word and I believe that I receive the answer to my prayer instantly. I understand that my responsibility is to expand the Kingdom of God throughout this earth and I do it with my lovely thoughts and feelings.

This process of meditation prepares me for the day that awaits. I dictate how my day is going to be. I plan it out and expect the very best. I affirm that I see life through the eyes of love and that my thoughts, feelings, words and actions are motivated by love only.

By the time I'm done, I feel brand new inside and ready for a successful day. I feel calm, poised, confident and most of all I feel loved. I know that at this very moment in time I am right smack-dab in the middle of God's perfect will for my life. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. God's infinite grace is abundantly pouring down on me and my family so that we always, having all sufficiency in all things abound in every good work.

Throughout the day I stay focused on the task at hand always doing things with the spirit of excellence and expecting the best in everything which is the essence of "praying without ceasing". I've been listening to Rhonda Byrne's audiobook version of the "The Power" throughout the day. It's such a masterpiece filled with profound wisdom on living a life of Love. It's about 6 hours long and is a great way to help anyone learn how to live life to the fullest. Living a life of love requires a complete mind shift. We are not naturally prone to doing things with Love as a priority so it requires a retraining. Exposing yourself repeatedly by listening or reading materials that teach on this subject matter is the number one way to transform your way of thinking to the highest form. Love is an unstoppable force that can move every single obstacle out of your way whether it's an obstacle to health, abundance, sound relationships or confidence. When you understand how to use Love, your life will be radically transformed. Your relationships will be strong and meaningful, you will attract trustworthy, loving persons, your finances will be in order, increasing and sound, your health will be strong and your life will take on a new joyous meaning.   It's how we were designed to live.

How will you always know you are on the right track in life? Because you are experiencing JOY! Joy is the number one way for you to know that you are using the Power of Love. You feel great. Love produces JOY and PEACE. You are enthusiastic about life, and eager every day to get going. When you treat people with love you experience JOY. That love comes back to you in so many different ways. When you manage your money wisely, you are sowing love into your finances. That love will produce untold blessings financially. When you eat right and work out regularly, you are loving your body and that care will be multiplied back to you as divine health and a long life. When you exceed your boss's expectations you are sowing love to your job and it will return to you in the form of job advancement, respect and trust.

Feeling joy is always a by-product of walking in love. The more you feel good, the more good you are creating in your life. So if you don't already have a daily routine of meditating, I encourage you to start one as as you can. Monitor your feelings throughout the day. If you feel them dip down a little, immediately make a list of the things you LOVE and you will see how quickly you will feel amazing again. Imagine where we'd be as a human race if everyone took their precious time to focus on all the good in their lives. It would be hard to tell the difference between Heaven and Earth.   So let's work together and everyday we can all create a little piece of Heaven on Earth!

What's Love Got To Do With It

When I met my husband I vowed to find a way to use God's Love to seal our marriage and keep it fresh, sparkly and new. I'm not talking about just romantic love, but the kind of love that's established in God's love. That's the only kind of love that gets stronger through time. More than half of marriages fall prey to indifference and "day-to-day hum-drum" living. This indifference causes a marriage to slowly become weak and vulnerable to strife, a lack of intimacy and separation. Way before couples break up, they break-up emotionally. One or both give up on loving each other.

So from early on I began collecting the emails we'd sent to each other when we were first getting to know one another, the chats and the greeting cards. I even kept a journal which chronicled the origin of our relationship from our first conversation, our first date to my first impression of him. You know when you first meet that special someone, you hang onto their every word? You don't just look at them, you look inside them. When you chat or talk on the phone you revel in those things you have in common as they sort of begin to stitch you together at different levels. You only focus on the things you like about them and seem to disregard the things you don't. You smile when you think about the good times you've shared, or how they make you feel inside. They captivate you and you spend hours thinking and wondering about all the possibilites the future brings.  The hours just fly by on the phone trying to discover as much you can about each other. You talk endlessly about politics, religion, the weather, your job, your past, your parents, saturday morning cartoons, your last relationship, your last heartbreak and the only issue you have is wishing there were more than 24 hrs in a day to spend together. It's an exhilarating time. The birds are chirping the sun is shining. Warm waves of love wash over you every time you think about them. You just can't see yourself without that person and you hope to Almighty God, they feel exactly the same way. Then it happens. Your feelings evolve into something deeper, stronger almost overwhelming at times- and you "fall" in love.

How wonderful it is to fall in love. It is a gift from God to not only have found the One God has created for you but to be able to stay in love throughout the years is special and something that we can all achieve with a little wisdom. So why don't marriages last? If you don't water a plant and give it enough light it will eventually die. If you don't find a bigger pot for it when the roots outgrow the former pot then it will die. You have to keep it pruned and cut away any dead leaves. Just like a plant needs water and sun, a marriage requires love to keep it alive, healthy and growing.  You notice I didn't say a marriage needs work. I don't see marriage as work. When you love what you are doing it's not called work. When you make a love investment into anything it will grow, get stronger and multiply.  Marriage is no exception. Instead of focusing on our partner's faults we can instead make a decision to always focus on the things you love about them.  That's the same way you fell in love. Why should 7 + years of marriage change that? Why should one year change that?

We understand that life is what we make it. Our thoughts and feelings are creating our life and that includes the quality of our marriages. What are you focusing on when you think about your marriage? Do you immediately feel a sense of boredom when you think about your spouse or do you get an eager tickle in your stomach as you eagerly await your date night? Do you get annoyed at the slightest things they say and do or don't do or do you make a list of all the things you love about your spouse? Do you spend quality time bad-mouthing your spouse or do you praise your spouse's accomplishments? Does your spouse feel that they don't have your respect or does your heart safely in the hands of a devoted, loving spouse? Do you expect your relationship to grow worse or do you see your future strengthening your marriage? I am pretty confident that if most married couples took the time in their daily lives to practice the same steps that led them to falling in love with their spouse, divorce would cease to exist. Divorce just like falling in love requires a lot of time and energy in focusing either right or the wrong things. Instead of thinking about that person during the day, they let other things take precedence like work, the children or the stresses of life. Instead of looking forward to seeing their spouse they dread it or don't think think much about it. Instead of thinking about the things they love about their spouse, they only think about the things they hate. Instead of wanting to spend time with each other, they look forward to spending time apart. Instead of finding a way to peaceably resolve issues, its more important to speak your mind even if it hurts the other person's heart.

It's no longer a mystery why the divorce rate is so high. It can all be traced back to our thoughts and feelings. People spend a great deal of time expressing negative emotions and that's why they experience negative circumstances in life. If you feel like you've "fallen" out of love, then hold on a sec. It's not too late for you. You can fall back in love with your spouse. Or if things have gotten a bit less exciting in your marriage, you can put the bling back into your relationship.

** Shift your focus and feelings to the good only. Expect only the best-case scenario and make a decision to spend time ONLY focusing on the good things about your spouse. Those things will begin to multiply as you do this. When you take the time to see your spouse for who they really are and expect the best out of them then you will get the best. Gratitude is the golden key of life and it magnetizes you to receiving the very best that God/the Universe has in store. You can start today to transform your marriage by sewing thoughts and feelings of love for your spouse.

** Be grateful for your spouse. You can maintain the "sparkle" in your marriage by genuinely appreciating your spouse and loving them regardless of how far they may seem from who they are destined to be. You can love someone into that perfect image. Your expecting the best of them is something tangible that can be felt. The greatest feeling in the world is knowing that someone loves you unconditionally. That kind of love changes everything.

** Speak kindly to your spouse. Showing respect to your spouse is showing them love. Sometimes our spouses' self-image is not where it should be and they may expect you or anyone they come in contact with to mistreat them so they will subconsciously do things to cause people to hurt them. Love always treats people they way they deserve to be treated not the way they expect to be treated. This kind of love breaks generational curses and brings renewal to any marriage.

** Refrain from speaking negatively about your spouse. This negative energy only manifests in more negative experiences that result in your speaking negatively about your spouse. Speak only positively about your spouse to your family and friends.   Bathe your spouse in words of praise, encouragement and love. Words are energy and even if they didn't witness your speaking about them, they will sense it and feelings of resentment begin. This produces strife in relationships. Love begets love.

** Make time for one another.  Spend time throughout the day just daydreaming about your spouse, thinking about how and why you fell in love. Spend time thinking about those qualities that are unique to your spouse. Think about good times and milestones you've achieved together.  Think about how blessed you are to have someone to love. Think about how they make you feel or used to feel.

Love is the most powerful force in the universe. It's capacity to transform is unlimited. It is the same force God used to transform the formless earth, devoid of light into a paradise teeming with life and His glory.  Love never fails. So use love to shine up a dull marriage or transform a broken one.  Give love a chance.  It'll never let you down.

Manifest the Best

I am so excited about life! Life is such an adventure when you understand that YOU are creating your life with your thoughts and feelings! Today while working at home, I took a break and sat out on the patio with my "The Power" book by Rhonda Byrne reading about how your feelings are the catalyst that create your life. I think about this past year and am so grateful by how far I've come and how God has mercifully showed me how to overcome the fears I had experienced. It is such a relief to know that my responsibility in this life is not to concern myself with HOW something I want will come to me, but to only EXPECT it with my good feelings and God will do the rest.

Most people get stuck because they want certain things in life but don't see the money they need to get those things. You don't need money to GET what you want. Reality Check! There is nothing standing in the way to what you are seeking. Before any business transaction takes place a spiritual transaction always precedes it. Your feelings are the currency required in exchange for what you want. All you need to do is manufacture the feelings right NOW that you will have when you physically GET what you've been seeking. That is when your expected good appears- when you are so convinced that you ALREADY have what you've been seeking and you do it with your feelings.

Your good feelings are the magnets that attract what you want. So make the mental shift and believe that you NOW have what you've been seeking:
- you no longer think about WANTING __________ because now you HAVE it
- you no longer search the web for what you want because you confidently already feel that you have it
- if you want a house and you have made the mental you shift that you NOW have it then your focus is enjoying decorating your house. You start buying paint, get new furniture, pick out new flooring new decor.
- whenever you think of that thing you've been seeking, now your perspective has changed. Instead of seeking, you have possession of it. It is your property. We never spend ANY time at all searching, shopping, or hoping for something that we already have. That's considered a waste of time. Who would do that? Who would spend time wishing and hoping they could have for example a watch that is strapped to their wrist? No one would. This is the same mentality we need to adopt when we are really desiring something. Your behavior with respect to that thing has to be as if you already own it.
- you now spend your time just being very grateful that you RECEIVED what you've been seeking.

I remembered that every good thing I have ever received came because I just stopped struggling to get it and it came naturally. That's how we were created to live and that's confidence. Believing you already have it by acting like its already yours. So just feel good. Enjoy life. Take the time to notice how beautiful the clouds are today or how wonderful your job is or how gorgeous your husband is and loving your children are. The more you feel good, the more good you are creating. Every moment you take to be patient, loving, caring, helpful, joyful, strong, courageous, compassionate, peaceful you are creating your dreams come true. So stay focused on feeling good and sooner than later you will be surrounded by only good people, good experiences, good places and what most people consider "Good Luck!"

The Mind of Christ

Every single day I am busy keeping the garden of my subconscious mind/heart clear of weeds, insects and cultivating beautiful fruit of love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, kindness and self-control. This way God's goodness is free to flow in my life. Just like you, I am a work in progress. Learning each day, that God is truly a good God and has so many wonderful things in store for us all. When I finally began to understand that my thoughts create my future my life began to change. I watch my thoughts, my words and always keep an eye on my actions. Are they in line with the life I want? Do they support my healthy self-esteem? Is this God's best for me? What would Jesus do?

When Jesus walked the earth His subconscious mind created His world just like you and I are doing right now. He had to watch the thoughts that He entertained in His mind as well because He understood that His thoughts manifested themselves and created the fabric of His life which would soon impact the lives of all of humanity. Jesus meditated upon the word and He had the Holy Spirit to guide Him. Jesus was a success because He willingly and obediently listened to the voice of the Spirit of God. He was able to live a sin-free life as a man through the willful use of His Mind directed by the Holy Spirit. Jesus purpose in life was to restore unto us all that God had given us and to show all of humanity how to obtain this inheritance of an abundant life. It all rested on one single gift:

JESUS GAVE US THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO IS THE MIND OF CHRIST SO THAT WE CAN FULFILL OUR DIVINE PURPOSE IN LIFE

Asking Jesus into your heart is not some religious act, it's a universal declaration of faith. It is the highest form of self-love and self-confidence that a human being can achieve. When you ask Jesus in your heart you are welcoming His Mind (the Holy Spirit) as a partner and Co-Creator in your abundant life. The term "born-again" may have a religious stigma attached to it but the TRUTH is that when we invite the Mind of Christ in our Subconscious Minds or hearts we are brand-new. The evil inclinations of our hearts have been wiped away and now we can begin to create a new life with His help. We have the Mind of Christ. Who better to direct you in your journey through life than the One Who created You? God did not leave Us as orphans when He created Us. He gave us a subconscious mind but He also gave us the option to partner up with Him through the Mind of Christ so that we can experience Heaven on Earth on every level possible. It's up to us- it's always up to us. We have the freedom to choose life or death. Jesus said, "Choose life".

I'm getting better at manifesting those things that I want but I'm so glad that I clearly understand that my self-esteem is the window or the filter that my subconscious mind uses to create my world. My self-esteem will either block the Mind of Christ from communicating with me or allow a free-flowing channel of communication. When I felt insignificant in an area of my life then I created those experiences with my subconscious mind to affirm my insignificance. When I pitied myself, then I attracted and created experiences to affirm that I must be pitied. Oh, but when I allowed the Mind of Christ to educate me on my royal status as a Child and Citizen of the Kingdom of God then everything changed! My thoughts are now focused on life, liberty, divine protection and abundance. My words are backed up by faith and love then peace and goodness become my companions. Favor rushes ahead of me and opens every door, grants me special privileges, complete restoration, promotions and guaranteed victories.God becomes my self-confidence and I learn that I can do All Things Through Christ. That immediately removes fear from my life and replaces it with a force that never fails- LOVE. I begin to see myself the way God sees me. I love myself because God loves me as much as He loves Jesus. I no longer look at my past and mistakes- they no longer define me. I begin to understand that everything I do begins to prosper in my hands because God is my source. The things I used to worry about don't exist anymore. My old ways of thinking and feeling and acting no longer determine my outcome. I begin to live on purpose and watch as all of the desires of my heart become real. It is truly the only way to live.

I DESERVE IT
I deserve to live a life like heaven on earth- but not because of anything that I've done but only because Jesus died so I could. With His death and resurrection I inherited:

The Love and Acceptance of God
The Righteousness of God in Christ
Mind of Christ
Eternal Life
Sound Mind
Divine Health
Divine Wealth
Divine Protection
Honor and Favor
Salvation for my Family
Authority over Evil

Supernatural Wisdom and Discernment..and so much more

The bible lists thousands of promises that belong to us. When we meditate on them our minds become renewed and begin to resemble the Mind of Christ. This world's system is bent on destruction. If we spend more time watching (meditating) the news, reality shows full of drama, and negative events our spirits weaken and our minds begin to produce that which we are feeding it. Choose life. Choose to spend time meditating on all the wonderful promises of God. Take time to listen to His voice in all of your decision-making so you can be successful in all you do. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct Your Paths (thoughts).

Learning the Easy Way
I suppose most of us grew up hearing our parents' stories of struggle and sacrifice. We teach our children not to do certain things or this and that will happen. For a long time, I thought that every negative experience in my life came about to bring me closer to God and teach me something. So when they'd come, I'd thank God and draw nearer to Him battered and bruised but thankful nevertheless. Then I had a heart-to-heart with Him. He showed me that in raising my children I naturally prefer they learn the right way of doing things than be disobedient. No parent would prefer their child learn their lesson the hard way by breaking the rules, getting punished, then learning it that way. Somehow this is how I thought my life had to be: make a mistake, learn my lesson, don't make the mistake again. He showed me that as a good Father, He doesn't like punishing His children and the desire of His heart is that we willingly and obediently listen first to His voice. It's when we don't listen that we get in trouble, but that was never Plan A for us. He showed me that He is perfectly capable of helping us learn to do things right without first putting us through hard times. Any belief that hard times were sent from God to help us learn and grow closer to Him are just not true. Listen up: GOD is not the cause of negative experiences in our lives. We are the cause of them. So please reprogram your heart in terms of this idea or you will live your life bumped and bruised, battered and beaten down from one negative experience to another. There is a better way- the easy way. Being willing and obedient and you will eat the good of the land.

EVERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IN YOUR LIFE IS PREVENTABLE

This is good news. This was an eye-opener for me. I began to remember that every negative experience in my life was preceded by negative thoughts and emotions: fear, anxiety, embarassment, insecurity, self-doubt, gossip, complaining. Every positive experience in my life was preceded by good emotions: self-confidence, happiness, sense of belonging, compassion, love, thoughtfulness. It's not magic, it's just how God created this Universe: what you focus on you attract and manifest in your life. It's the Law. We no longer have to wonder about how our lives are going to turn out. We should know. Just take inventory of your thoughts and your words. That's what will determine the direction your life takes.

If you've suffered from one heartache after another then change your focus. Stop watching shows that focus on betrayal and pain, stop talking about your painful past. Forgive and learn to trust, learn to love without fear of pain. If you've struggled with poor health- change your focus. Stop pitying yourself and love yourself and expect goodness and love in the form of perfect health. Forgive yourself and others which always releases God's healing flow in our bodies and mind.

The formula for success is this: God can't accomplish His work on earth without us, and we can't accomplish our divine purpose without Him. Our subconscious minds will create the road we travel one day at a time, whether that road leads to life or death is always OUR CHOICE. One way or another we will all understand this whether it's during times of trial after not heeding His warning or in a moment of peaceful reflection after blindly following His voice to safety and soundness. God loves us so much more than even our hearts can imagine. His plan is that we listen to His Voice and prosper.

My desire is to teach the idea that we can choose to live a life of significance, abundance and soundness. We can do All things through Christ who Strengthens Us.

Complaining- The Blessing Repellant

I'm not much for complaining these days. It's actually become one of my pet peeves because I now naturally gravitate towards people, places and things that are full of joy and goodness. Therefore I have no need for complaining. It doesn't serve the life that I want and am attracting everyday. You see I understand that the more I focus on the goodness and blessings all around me, the more of those things I attract. My passion is to live a life of purpose. The kind of life people only dream about- full of wisdom, love, abundance and divine guidance in every area of my life. In order to accomplish this I have to be true to myself, have faith in God and express His love at home, at work and everywhere I go. This is how God will be able to use me to enlarge and enrich humanity. This is how good people become great and leave a lasting legacy of love and prosperity.

Boundaries

Living out your fullest potential in life requires discipline to let go of bad habits like complaining, worrying, self-defense mechanisms, excuses, guilt, envy & jealousy and self-pity. These devices are only boundaries and stumbling blocks to your success. When you complain habitually it's because you don't have a good understanding of who you are and what is your purpose in life. Because when you fully understand what you're made of you will never complain a day in your life but instead use your creative energy to give thanks and by default attract the very best life for you.

We were given the power to create with our thoughts, words, feelings and actions. When you complain about something, you are recreating that same experience again in your life. By the nature of your thoughts, feelings and words you will attract that same experience you are complaining about over and over again. It becomes a series of events that have a perfectly good explanation though they may seem to be coming out of nowhere. You will get stuck in traffic again because you hate being stuck in traffic so much that you hoped all morning long, as you were getting dressed for work,you didn't run into traffic and couldn't believe how long it took you to get to work yesterday because of how bad the traffic was. Then you jump on the highway and surprise- YOU'RE STUCK IN TRAFFIC! You're focusing or meditating on negative results and then you wonder why, why, why?!

Complaining is simply meditation on WHAT YOU DON'T WANT. It is the constant verbalizing of something undesirable. When you complain you are sending the following signal to the Universe: I am unhappy because _________ ! The Universe says "Your wish is my command" and returns to you another condition that will elicit the exact same response. So complaining occurs when you lack the knowledge of who you are and therefore complaining keeps you stuck in various undesirable circumstances. It blocks your growth and development and blocks your ability to attract good. Complaining is essentially a reverse magnet to good. It repels good experiences and attracts adverse ones.

Get Wisdom
Why would anyone attract something they don't want? Because they simply don't understand how this Universe works. There are fundamental laws that govern our existence and when you become educated in their use you will begin to experience visible success in all areas of your life. The Law of Attraction or Cause & Effect will attract to you those things you are grateful for and at the same time those things you complain about. Understand that this law is working every single moment of your life. It is the very law that is holding this Universe together. In the beginning God wanted to create a beautiful place for His children. He imagined it in the slightest detail and He was satisfied that it was good. He imagined the bodies of light he'd use to guide us through out the day and night. He imagined the bodies of water, that would produce food and beauty for us. He imagined the land and creatures for us to enjoy. He imagined the beautiful flowers and trees and fruits, colors and flavors. He then opened His mouth and spoke those things into existence. And everything He created for us was and still is GOOD. You have the very same power that God has to create good things. Use your Creative Power to enrich and enhance your life. You can create the very best place for you and your family to live, the very best job, the very best friends, the very best life and you can have it when you use wisdom. Use it to transform and bless your spouse, your children, your boss and company, your pets, your finances, the economy, third world countries and especially your neighborhood.

The fastest way to attract more good is to be thankful.

Perspective
When you make a decision to stop complaining you will take the time to evaluate every experience with the right perspective. Your analysis of an experience is essentially your perspective. It's how you understand that situation to be. Based on your understanding, your perspective can be very flawed or very accurate. Your perspective will cause you to react in a certain way and that action will determine what you will attract. You can easily change your perspective by learning to look for the good in everything. When you see that there is good in all you will find that every experience is really just pushing you towards greater good. Let me give you an example. There was a time where I was in a very stressful job and I seemed to complain about everything. Well, as I continued to meditate on the things I didn't want they actually began to take a toll on my health and I found myself mentally exhausted and physically drained. I had no idea how I had gotten like this. How could this have happened to me? Have you heard that one before? :) My mental and physical exhaustion were trying to send a signal to me that something was wrong and I needed to change. I could've blamed my boss or the commute or my schedule and I would've still been in that job, unhappy and undeveloped. Instead of feeling bad for myself and staying stuck in the seeming hopelessness of that situation I realized that this was an opportunity for change. I took some much needed time off and I surrounded myself with the things I love like my family, friends, a good book, soothing music, funny movies, the beach and good food. I got better fast and found a better job with an awesome manager and lifelong friends. I learned skills in that job that made me a better engineer and a better mother and wife. So I inadvertently changed my perspective and changed my results. It can happen that quickly.

The Power of Gratitude
I can tell you that every good thing I have experienced came about as I practiced an attitude of gratitude. Simply feeling so blessed and so humbled by the the outpouring of love from God in the form of my children, my sound marriage, the beautiful day, the sound of the birds chirping and the laughter of children. There is so much to be thankful for. If I started writing down all of them I am sure I would never stop.
Being thankful is an attitude we must practice daily if we want the riches of God's love to manifest. When you thank God you are focusing on Him and you open a channel directly to Him. You focus on Him, so He focuses on You. As you remain thankful you are sending love to Him via this channel. Gratitude is the channel through which He uses to send back His goodness to you. Make it a daily habit to stay in an attitude of gratitude for everything. This will literally eliminate complaining from your life. You will feel like you are walking on clouds because gratitude brings God's favor in your life.

10 Blessings that the FAVOR of God will produce!

1. God’s favor can produce supernatural promotion and increase (Gen 39:21)

4. God’s favor can produce increased assets (Deut 33:23)

6. God’s favor can give recognition and promotion even when you seem to be the least likely one to receive it (1 Sam 16:22)

7. God’s favor can produce prominence and preferential treatment, favor and kindness (Est 5:8)

8. God’s favor gets petitions granted, even by ungodly civil authority (Est 8:5)

9. God’s favor can change rules, regulations, even laws if necessary to your advantage (Est 8:5)

10. God’s favor can win battles you did not even have to fight because God will fight them for you (Ps 44:3)

These are the benefits to living a life of purpose with the understanding that we have the power to create any life at all. So get to work. If you find yourself stuck in a series of negative experiences, the first place to look is your mouth. What are you using your words for? Are you using your words in faith to attract blessings into your life or are you complaining and attracting what you don't want? Breaking Through the Surface

Pots of Dirt

A couple of months ago our family got together at my mom's house. It was really cold and rainy that day. My mom, who happens to be a green thumb, has this collection of orchids she was concerned about. It was supposed to be one of the coldest nights of the year and she knew that if the flowers stayed outside they would die. Well, they weren't really flowers yet. At the time they were just pots of dirt, and some of them had stems but if you know anything about orchids, until they bloom again, they are just a pot of dirt and a bald stem.

We began our rescue efforts and relocated more than 50 flower pots safely into the house. This is Florida and yes we have the most ideal weather but that night, with the cold and rain I remembered why I moved away from the North.

Unfortunately some of the big plants that didn't get relocated into the house that night showed signs of distress a few weeks later and some of the leaves turned yellow and died. But through out the following months, those little orchid flower pots began to show signs of life.

Two months later those orchids are blooming ever so beautifully. Who would've thought those little pots of dirt would bloom into such beautiful flowers? This was such a clever reminder of how Faith works. When you meditate on the Word of God for a breakthrough in your life you do it blindly-in a way. You pray and you confess the Word over your life, you expect the best, but for a while you may not see any physical proof you are on the right track.

This is where most people fail.

You don't see anything happen in your life so you give up. All the while the seeds of faith you planted are growing below the surface, spreading its roots. Little by little it starts to inch through the soil trying to breakthrough the dirt. It's there, below the surface, but you can't see it. The moment you started thinking that nothing's happening those seeds of faith, that were about to breakthrough the surface, began shrinking right back and stopped growing. That's why there's no fruit on your trees or flowers on your stems. That's why you're still in debt or can't find a job. That's why you are still looking for Mrs. Right.

"It's not a money problem or an economy problem, it's a FAITH PROBLEM."
It's not a money problem, or an economy problem it's a faith problem. In order for you to get what you want outta life you have to follow the steps to get them. It's no different than anything else in life. If you want to visit a friend in another city, you have to follow certain steps to get there right?
1. You coordinate a time with your friend that is convenient for both of you.
2. You decide which means of transportation you will use
3. You shop around for the best rates
4. You call and purchase the ticket
5. You pack, get on your plane and arrive at your destination

You don't just wait until the day of your trip and wonder how you're gonna get there. Faith has steps you gotta follow in order to create whatever it is that you want.

Renew Your Thinking
1. Meditate on the Word of God so you can understand what belongs to you and what authority you have. When you begin to understand you were created to live a life of abundance then you can line up your desires accurately and stop limiting yourself and God.

2. Decide what you want. Do you want a sound marriage? Do you want to stop worrying about your kids' safety? Do you want your children to be spiritually grounded? Do you want financial freedom? Do you want divine health? All of these things are yours for the asking.

3. Focus and create a vision of what you want. If you want to find your soul mate then begin imagining yourself with that person to the greatest detail. List the things you want in that person, the vacations you'll take together, children you'll have. Be very specific.

4. Expect that you will manifest your vision. Regardless of the time it takes. Hold on to your vision. As you begin thanking God that your prayers have been answered you begin to water your faith seed. Stay in that attitude of gratitude and within a period of time your vision will manifest itself. Expectation brings excitement and eager anticipation. So feel good because you are on track to receiving God's best and it works every time. Guaranteed.

5. Act. Do whatever it takes for you to feel like your vision has already manifested itself. Daydream about it, talk about it, praise God about it. Make a list of things you'll do once it happens. See yourself already in that moment. Your gratitude, praise, imagineering, will activate your faith and attract your manifestation to you.

You will see that the more you hold on to God's promises you will develop a sense of authority or ownership about it. You'll start feeling like "It's Mine!" Whenever you see a couple together, instead of feeling bad because you are single, it will serve as a reminder that your future love is on its way. Whenever you hear about someone else getting promoted, it will serve as a reminder that yours is on its way. Whenever you hear about someone hitting the Lotto, you'll know that your millions are on their way too. You begin to feel good that you are attracting your desires with every thought, every single day.

This is what dreams are made of and it works for anyone that applies the same principles. You are using God's Laws of Success to live heaven on earth: the Law of Meditation/Thought, The Law of Faith/Belief, the Law of Attraction/Cause & Effect, the Law of Increase/Gratitude. All of these Laws are always in operation in your life and its YOUR JOB to get educated so that you can use them to not only transform your life, but humanity as well.

Imagine if we'd never brought the flower pots into the house that night? All of those seeds would've never become beautiful orchids today. Faith and your Emotions: Part II

What do your emotions have to do with your faith? Absolutely everything! If you feel down and discouraged it’s because you are not expecting the best therefore your faith is not working. Faith is always expecting the best and so it ALWAYS feels good! You are spending your precious time thinking or meditating on things that do not serve the very best life that you deserve. For most people it happens by default. You see, hear, feel, touch or taste something in your world then react instinctively to it. You either feel good as a result of what you have perceived or you feel bad. Let me show you what I mean in this scenario:

Let's say you’re driving to work. As soon as you get on the highway someone immediately cuts you off and runs you off the road.

You can react in 2 ways:
Positively with wisdom and understanding of Truth
Negatively with lack of wisdom in fear

Negative Reaction

You immediately focus on the fact that you almost got into an accident and get upset, allowing that experience to ruin the rest of your day. You can’t believe how some people drive! You frantically pick up the phone and call your husband, girlfriend or mom and tell them how you almost got into a car accident and go on about how crazy some people drive. It starts to pour and you can barely see the road. You get to work and your nerves are a mess and keep running into one negative experience after another. It takes you forever to find parking, your boss “rubs” you the wrong way and you’re flooded with memories of how you can’t wait to quit and find a better place to work. By the time you go home you are mentally and physically exhausted. The children have loads of homework they need your help with but the cooking still needs to be done and your husband forgot to thaw the meat when he got home from work. It just goes on and on, day after day.

Positive Reaction

Instead of getting upset you focus on the truth that since you are always in God’s loving arms he will always protect you and has protected you once again. You are overcome with joy and gratitude that you didn’t get into an accident and that you are safe and sound. You are still alive and look forward to spending time with your spouse and children. Your car doesn’t have one scratch on it and you won’t have to deal with the hassle of repairs, insurance increases or having to get a rental car. You still got to work on time and there was no traffic on the way there. You found parking in your company’s covered parking lot so you didn’t get wet from the rain. You actually HAVE a job to go to where you are valued and needed and have the means to take care of your family. This experience really helps you appreciate your life even more and renews your passion for life and love for God and your family. It makes you more humble, thankful and you feel blessed.

When you react positively to life experiences you are working with the Law of Attraction and will attract more positive experiences into your life. Your feelings will tell you if you are on track but you have to constantly monitor yourself. When you feel good it’s because you are expecting the best. When you feel bad it’s because you are expecting the worst. It’s that simple and it never fails. Your thoughts are creating your feelings. If you want to experience abundance or success in any area of your life, monitor how you feel about that area.

Do you feel bad when you think about your finances? Do you get down when payday comes? When you think about your spouse what images come to mind? Are you secretly afraid your spouse will leave you someday for someone else or do you feel safe and secure in their love? When you look at yourself in the mirror do you feel a sense of accomplishment or defeat? Do feel a sense of pride towards your children or fear they will become failures in life? These are real questions you have to ask yourself. Be honest and take inventory of how you feel because your feelings are the #1 way to tell if you are on track to receiving the very best.

You should feel great about every area of your life. You should feel proud of your children, feel secure in your loving spouse's arms, know that you are financially secure and look forward to managing your money wisely. You have the right to feel good about yourself and how you look and feel. You have the right to feel safe and secure wherever you go, knowing that God’s love follows you everywhere. If there are areas in your life where you are struggling it’s simply a matter of shifting your focus. By meditating on the truth of a situation instead of the facts based on your 5 senses you will begin to see it differently and subsequently feel better and inevitably experience a successful change in that area. Truth is based on God’s Laws and when you base your life on TRUTH you will always experience a constant sense of peace and joy and ultimately success. Fear makes you anxious and worry because you are meditating on False Evidence Appearing Real and expecting the worst.

Let’s say for example you were laid off, got behind on your bills and keep getting calls from collectors. You feel bad every time you get a call and when you get paid you also feel bad because you know you’re not going to have enough to pay everybody. So everyday when you get up you expect to get calls from them and when you get paid you expect not to have enough to catch up. If you don’t do anything to change how you feel about your finances nothing will change. The Law of Attraction is working perfectly. Your thoughts and feelings of lack are attracting the perfect circumstances to accommodate them. You may not realize you are doing this but that is how the Law of Attraction works.

Your thoughts are the seeds.

Your feelings water and nourish your thought seeds.

Your hope or expectation is the sunlight that helps your seed grow to maturity.

As you can see, it doesn’t matter what you are focusing your thoughts on, the moment you attach feelings to it and expectation you will manifest it. Guaranteed. Every time.

So make a decision to focus your thoughts on the truth not facts and not live your life based on your 5 senses alone. Make a decision to monitor your emotions. Take the time to isolate and remove the negative thoughts that lead to the negative feelings and negative life outcomes. You can be, have and do anything you want. You can create your very own heaven on earth and it all starts one thought at a time.

Faith: the Power to Create Your Heaven on Earth- Part 1

Faith is the creative power that we inherited from God on Day 1. With faith working in your life, you can literally succeed at everything you set your mind to. The same way God in His infinite power and wisdom created the Heavens and Earth, so can we create our very own heaven on earth everyday. As a matter of fact, what you see around you; your job, your spouse, your home, your relationships, your health, your financial status all came from YOU. Before these things were physically real in the sense that you could see, feel, hear, taste and smell them, they were once a thought in your mind. As you focused on them they became more and more real until they eventually materialized.

Some things have a tendency of materializing easily while others will require more patience. It all depends on our faith and how real we make our desires. A person of faith understands that this Universe is energy and that your thoughts are energy and the actual causes of the effects of your world. This is very important because once you grow into this level of awareness you can begin to take control of your life. Therefore, the faith mindset approaches life from the standpoint that you are always in control, because you are always in control of your thoughts and emotions and actions. Faith takes responsibility for its life and is always monitoring its thoughts.

The Faith Mindset
You release your creative power through the development of the Faith Mindset. The Faith Mindset is simply an attitude (a way of thinking, feeling and acting) which says, "Whatever you are wanting, believe that you have received it, and it will come to pass in your life" or you will attract it. Meaning, when you act as if something you are wanting or believing for is already yours, you will see it materialize in your life. This is great news because through correct and systematic application, you can be, have and do anything you want and at the same time undo anything bad in your life!

Everyone was created with the power of faith within them. Most people use their power by default and never use it to positively impact their lives or others. You begin to prosper in some area of your life but don't know what you did and eventually go back to struggling. Faith knows the Eternal Truths and is grounded in them. It meditates on God’s Word day and night. It rejoices in the goodness of God and all of His beautiful promises of Love, Protection, Eternal Life, Divine Health, Wealth and Salvation. In order to develop the Faith Mindset you must understand that God is Abundance. There is no limitation in Him. His plan for your life is more wonderful than you could ever comprehend. Take time daily to understand Who He is and How he is and you will begin to take after His character.

The key to walking in abundance and prosperity is never to focus on thoughts of lack. Abundance is Life and that is why we were created. Study the life of Jesus as He is our example on how to live a perfectly, abundant life. That was His mission in life- to show mankind how to live abundantly through the power of faith in God within our subconscious minds. As you begin to focus on these eternal truths you will be better able to filter out thoughts that are of no service to the life you want to create.

It is impossible to fail when the majority of your thoughts are focused on SUCCESS. Every negative thought is a form of lack which creates a negative emotion and corresponding action. This mentality robs you of the goodness that God designed you to have and it ultimately prevents you from sharing His goodness with others. Your job is to recognize when a thought doesn't serve you and replace it with one that will create abundance in your life.

Replace thoughts of:
Fear           with     Courage
Hatred        with     Love
Poverty       with     Prosperity and Wealth
Anger          with     Compassion
Frustration with     Patience
Foolishness with  Wisdom
Pride             with Humility
Infidelity         with   Loyalty
Discouragement with Courage and Strength
Depression with    Gratitude
Rebellion      with Self Discipline
Jealousy       with Self Esteem
Worry            with Trust in God and self

The Faith Mindset always focuses on the opposite of lack which is ABUNDANCE. You diligently pull out the weeds of lack from your garden (subconscious mind/heart) and keep it beautifully cultivated with thoughts of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Goodness, Kindness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self- Control. When a thought of lack tries to influence your reality, Faith pulls it down and takes away its authority by replacing it with a thought of abundance. You may have to do this 100 times in one hour but the more you do this the more thoughts of lack will completely disappear from your mind. They will eventually have no place to grow and will die. As you focus on thoughts of abundance, your emotions will link up with that thought and begin to nurture it and breathe life into it.

Life's a Beach

On Yom Kippur, though I'm not Jewish, I decided to take the day and meditate. Since Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement, I decided to meditate on the areas in my life that needed changing. The kids were off from school, so we got up early, put on our swimming gear and were out the door...........Ten hours later, after hanging out with my family, I was determined to still make it to the beach. The sun had gone down and the heat had abated some but I was looking forward to some more relaxation. The beach for me is my sanctuary. The crystal clear, aqua-tinged water, the blue sky and white puffy clouds put me in heaven. The sound of the wind and crashing waves just soothes me to the core. I just couldn't wait. We parked and walked to the sand, spread out the blanket and just sat. The scenery was just majestic. I saw three different thunderstorms in the distance, on the horizon, creating the most beautiful light show. My very own fireworks display. I relished the beauty that surrounded me while the boys buried each other in the sand. Listening to their giggles, while my feet cuddled up to the warm, soft sand I got really quiet inside. Then it was almost like God was showing me that the beauty in front of me is just a reflection of what is inside my heart- it is the Secret to Life! Like I had produced it by just thinking it. My eager anticipation for it the whole day had created the perfect scenery beforehand, equipped with all the perfect elements to provide us a most magical experience. It was such a profound experience that it seemed like His words were in pictures. And I could see all the beauty but from a mirror. I got it! He was telling me that in the same way that I have the power to create a majestic experience I can create one not so majestic. That if I look around, everything in my life once existed in my heart before I could see it with my eyes. Armed with the Secret to Life, I could undo those things in my life that didn't belong there. I could change my whole life! I could change the mirror at will. It was crystal clear to me that day that each one of my thoughts were the strokes on the canvas of my life. And all I'd have to do is intentionally CHOOSE...... one... good....thought....at....a...time...What a Masterpiece. That is where the Adventure begins.....When will your adventure begin?

The Law of Attraction Defined
I always get asked," Why doesn't the Law of Attraction work for me?” Well, first let's get a good understanding of the Law of Attraction. This is the way I've come to understand it: The Law of Attraction is an indiscriminate law- just like gravity- that produces or brings to life that which we hold in our subconscious. It is a Universal Law that is always working; whether you are sleeping, eating, showering, fighting, loving, working, planting a garden or stuck in traffic. It doesn't matter. IT ALWAYS WORKS.

The Human Problem #1
The problem is that after seeing The Secret, most people disregarded the message thinking it doesn't work for them. What they don't understand is that the Law is working perfectly and is giving them exactly what they are focusing on. They look around at their life and see the same conditions and they get frustrated with the Law of Attraction. But you have to remember, the Law only gives you what you focus on. It doesn't care whether you like it or don’t want it. For example, if you dread going to work everyday and then you probably hate getting up in the morning. You don't look forward to the drive there and you certainly don't look forward to getting paid. I bet you even feel underpaid, overworked and bored with your job. What you probably don't know is that you actually created those circumstances. You are at fault. Why? Because the more you focus on disliking your job, the more the Universe will line up experiences that will justify your feelings of dislike. The more you hate going to work, the more experiences YOU will create with your subconscious mind that will cause you to hate your work even more. It's a never-ending cycle and you are the culprit. Now if you don't agree with me, it's fine. The Law is still working either for you or against you, so why don't we turn this thing around so we can benefit from it, right?

Deniability vs. Accountability
First things first. The first step to working with the Law of Attraction and changing your life is to take responsibility for where you are right now. After reading this article you can't blame anyone else but YOU for any conditions in your life you feel are out of control. You see by our very nature, we were created to be fruitful and multiply, to have dominion over this precious gift called Earth. We were created in the image of God with all of His creative characteristics. Every time we speak, we are creating our world and our experiences because our words are spoken thoughts which cause us to act. Those acts become habits or what I like to call our mental defaults and they in turn lead us to our destiny. So once we become aware that we are creative beings with the power to create our future, everything begins to change. Our thoughts, our words and therefore our actions begin to change.

The Human Problem #2
Most people, even after understanding that they have complete control over their lives still feel stuck in their current problems and have trouble changing. You may understand The Secret and the Law of Attraction but somehow you still have your nose pressed hard against the glass on the outside looking in at what could be your best life-someday. The visualizations are great, and the affirmations make you feel good but you want results-now. How do I make the jump from where I am now to where I want to be? I've found that a person's self-worth is the Master Key to the Law of Attraction. How do you see yourself? Do you think you are capable of finding happiness in a relationship? Do you think you are worthy of being loved? Do you feel you deserve to live a wealthy life full of luxury and opulence? Well, the answer is YES! We were created to live an adventurous, fun-filled life, overflowing with love and joy. We were designed to live a fulfilling life and then help to create it for others. Not appreciating yourself is the number one reason most people won't fulfill their heart's desires. They just can't see themselves attaining it. They think it’s for someone else.

Take the Self-Worth Test
How can you tell your low self-esteem is what's keeping you from mastering the Law of Attraction? Truthfully answer the questions below:
If you are single, does your heart sink when you see a couple holding hands? Yes or No
If you are struggling with your bills, do you get a knot in your stomach when you think about payday? Yes or No
Do you feel bad when you look in the mirror or avoid looking in the mirror? Yes or No
Do you dread going home after a long day at work, to cook for the family and interact with your spouse? Yes or No
Do you worry about your bills when the offering plate comes around at church? Yes or No

If you said Yes to any of these questions, you my friend must work to change your understanding of who you really are. The reason you feel bad is because you are not expecting any of these circumstances to change so you don't look forward to them. You don't expect them to change because you don't believe you deserve the best that life has to offer. You are so precious in God's eyes! Did you know you were created to live Heaven on Earth? How to Work with the Law of Attraction to Find a Job- Regardless of any Condition

Getting a job in this economy is as simple as following the steps to completing any task.
Regardless of the reason you are seeking work, rest-assured that obtaining a job, fast, is simple to achieve regardless of ANY condition-including economic. These steps are tried and true for I used them to become gainfully employed by working with the Law of Attraction. You would be surprised to find out that obtaining a job doesn’t have anything to do with your resume, experience or field but everything to do with your ability to believe in yourself. The greater your ability to see yourself employed, secure and full of joy the quicker your inner image will frame your world and its reality. I recommend you print out two copies of this article. Keep one beside your bed and the other travels with you, in your purse or wallet. Read the article in the morning, then at lunch and again at bedtime. Then get ready to see good things happen!

Manage Your Thoughts & Emotions
Make a decision to focus ALL of your thought and emotional energy on ALREADY being employed NOT finding a job. Do NOT focus on anything negative or contrary to what you want. This is very important.
